About me
As a creative director, I am passionate about telling stories that make a difference. At SOS Children’s Villages USA, I lead a team of creatives in the development and execution of marketing campaigns that support humanitarian efforts. Outside of work, I am an avid swimmer, maker of art, gender-equality advocate, and girl mom. Combining a love for design, data, and marketing, I strive to build meaningful and impactful experiences that meet business objectives while celebrating human connection.

• Serve as Executive Team member and lead a small but mighty creative team in building and executing breakthrough multi-channel mass-marketing campaigns to acquire new customers, increase sales, and build brand loyalty.
• Spearhead Marketing and Creative annual strategies, managing all mass-market communication channels, including web, email marketing, Google and Meta digital advertising, organic and paid social media, direct mail, and SMS.
• Personally design and produce priority advertising campaign collateral, including animation and live action videos, direct mail appeals, and web graphics.

• Developed and led execution of all creative, brand, communications strategy for global gender equality org.
• Spearheaded and managed all marketing efforts, including product development, creative direction, advertising campaigns, channel mix, reporting and analysis, and budget management to reliably achieve $22mm+ in revenue goals (~1/3 of total organizational revenue).
• Designed and launched ground-breaking new hallmark subscription product, based on extensive research, to resonate with socially minded millennials, leveraging existing operational infrastructures, lucrative market gaps/opportunities, high lifetime value potential through storytelling stewardship, and solving for non-diversified mass-market product offering risks. Built and successfully implemented multi-million dollar product launch, meeting acquisition and revenue goals across digital channels, including SEA and CCTV, direct mail, and face-to-face sales, resulting in profitability in year one and ongoing reinvestment.

• Led vision, design, and packaging of new brand, including design system, visual assets and guidelines, core value proposition, unique selling propositions, differentiators, personas, messaging franchises, product articulation and communications model.
• Led and mentored 14-person design and editorial staff as a hands-on coach in the creation and execution of fundraising campaigns, generating over $5mm in annual revenue.
• Built, scaled, and managed internal creative services team to produce all communications and fundraising collateral, decreasing overall expenses and increasing support for revenue-generating initiatives.
